This policy explains what Sweet Open collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Sweet Open is an early-stage product; this policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad commercial launch.
Information you provide
- Account information, including your email address and encrypted authentication data.
- Email drafts, sender names, subject lines, and audience descriptions submitted for feedback.
- Billing and subscription identifiers supplied by our payment provider. Sweet Open does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Information you send through contact or enterprise inquiry forms.
How submitted content is used
Email drafts and audience descriptions are processed to generate synthetic audience profiles, reactions, stated intent, and recommendations. They may be sent to an AI service provider for this purpose. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you have confirmed that your intended use and provider agreements permit it.
No subscriber list required
Sweet Open does not require a customer or subscriber list. You should describe an audience in general terms and should not include names, email addresses, or other direct identifiers in the audience description.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
If measurement tools are configured, Sweet Open asks for your analytics preference before loading them. These tools may collect device, browser, page-view, campaign, and interaction information. You can decline optional analytics in the consent prompt. Essential storage used for authentication and security is not optional.
Service providers
Sweet Open may use hosting, database, AI processing, payment, email delivery, and analytics providers to operate the service. These providers process information only for the services they supply, subject to their own terms and applicable agreements.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can edit account information and delete individual reports through the product where those controls are available. To request account deletion, a copy of your data, or help with a privacy question, use the contact form.
Changes
This policy may change as Sweet Open evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
